if in doubt, make an alcoholic cake

"Where did you go today Rhiannon?" you ask. Well, that's a very good question, I'll tell you where I went today, reader. *drum roll please*

TESCO. YES. THAT'S RIGHT.

"And what did you buy today Rhiannon?!" you ask even more excitedly, jumping up and down in front of your computer screen. Well, dear reader, prepare to be amazed.

  • 4 PINTS OF MILK
  • NOUGAT
  • VITAMINS
  • STAMPS
  • AND SOME ICING SUGAR

AHGHGAHBAFBMFBAMBAM!!!!!!! (That was me just releasing the enthusiasm I have for my purchases).

As for my painting, it's coming along nicely - I added more layers and painted in the next group of shapes today, with a mustard yellow colour, so it now looks like this:

I also made a birthday cake for a friend today (hence the icing sugar purchase) but due to our hot fan oven/my extraordinary lack of good timing, the cake came out a bit over-baked. SO as every good civilian would do I soaked it in lots of orange liquor (drink responsibly, kids). YAAAY.

Then I put icing on top and ingeniously grated a Wispa bar on top. (Note: Choose a different chocolate bar. A Wispa is about 97% air.)

Anyhow, I bid you farewell. I promise a longer post tomorrow as I have my birthday-d friend staying over.
Now please excuse me while we spend our evening watching all three series of Miranda.

Rhiannon x
